By accessing or using DouBot Discord Bot, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to discontinue use immediately.
By using DouBot, you agree to refrain from any misuse, including actions that violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or involve illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. All actions must comply with applicable regulations and guidelines.
ZioMark's HUB and its representatives are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages caused by using or not being able to use the DouBot Discord bot, third-party content, or unauthorized access.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Italy, excluding its conflict of law rules. All matters arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Italian law.
